Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After the 24-hour window has passed, cancellation requests may still be accepted; however:

A 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation requests submitted after the order has already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you notice that your order contains an incorrect shipping address or customer information:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We can assist with updating the address before the order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully at checkout. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping information.

HOW TO CANCEL OR UPDATE AN ORDER

To request a cancellation or make changes to your order, please:

  • Contact us directly via email

Please include your order number and updated information (if applicable) to help us process your request quickly.

REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
