WHERE WE DELIVER

We currently deliver within the continental United States only.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or offshore islands.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • A valid residential or commercial street address is required at checkout.
FLAT SHIPPING FEE

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 per order within the continental U.S.

The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

SHIPPING TIME

We work hard to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. Please review the estimated timelines below:

Additional details:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday only.
  • We do not prepare or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
  • Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (warehouse local time)
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.
DELIVERY PARTNERS & TRACKING DETAILS

We ship via trusted carriers:

  • FedEx
  • UPS

Once your order has shipped:

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • The email will include your tracking number.
  • You may track your order directly on the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking number.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation or carrier disruptions
  • Environmental factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by these external circumstances.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & RE-DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Delivery failures due to no recipient being available
  • Packages returned because of incorrect address details

If a package is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
