Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing our home furniture. Because furniture items are large, high-value, and often require assembly, our return policy includes specific conditions outlined below.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be approved.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of home furniture products, items must meet the following strict conditions to qualify for a return:

  • Item must be new and unused
  • Item must be unassembled
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • No signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification

Because furniture cannot be resold once assembled or used, any item that has been assembled will not be eligible for return.

We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the total order value.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs associated with large furniture items.

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Assembled furniture
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Items altered or modified after delivery
HOW TO START A RETURN (RMA PROCESS)

Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery:

If approved, we will issue an RMA number along with return instructions.

Once your RMA is issued, you must ship the item back within 20 days.

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

All return requests or disputes must be submitted through our support team and RMA process first so we can resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your furniture arrives damaged due to shipping or a seller-related issue, please contact us immediately.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged area
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Or a video showing the condition upon delivery

Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to review your claim.

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

For approved damaged or defective claims, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Seller error
  • Shipping damage
  • Defective product

If the issue is our responsibility, we will provide a prepaid return label.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must meet all return eligibility requirements
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

If the exchange is approved:

  • The original item must be returned first
  • Any price difference must be paid before the replacement is shipped
  • Restocking fees may apply if the exchange is not due to damage or defect

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our conditions.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
