Cancellations & Exchange

We want your order to be just right. If you need to make a change or cancel, here’s what you should know.

1. The Cancellation & Modification Period

To catch your order before it's shipped, we allow 12 hours from your purchase time for any cancellations or modifications. This short timeframe is because our team works quickly to get your items ready for shipping. When your cancellation request is approved, we will issue the full refund within 7 days.

2. How to Submit Your Request

The best way to request a change or cancellation is to email us as soon as possible at support@whuze.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number.
  • The full name associated with the order.
  • A clear description of exactly what you’d like to change or if you wish to cancel entirely.

Please reach out quickly, as we cannot process requests after the 12-hour window.

3. Updating a Shipping Address

Accuracy is key! Please double-check that the shipping address you enter is complete and correct before you finalize your order. We cannot be held accountable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from customer-provided address errors.

4. Product Exchanges

We only process exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/size. Please note, any exchange is subject to availability.
