We provide a generous 120-day window for you to request a return, starting from the day you receive your item. This gives you plenty of time to make sure your purchase is the right fit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In original condition: unused, wrong model
  • Carefully packed in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Note: All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


2. Starting Your Return

Please do not send the product back to us without guidance from our support team.

Simply email us at support@whuze.com with the following information:

  • Your order number and full name.
  • The reason for your return.
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable.

We're committed to responding to your request within 1-2 business days. After reviewing your information, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.


3. Product Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a product if there's an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

In such cases, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.


4. Receiving Your Refund

Once your returned item arrives and passes our inspection, we'll notify you immediately. The refund will then be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please be aware that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.


5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. We will process your refund within 7 business days after the cancellation is approved.
